Service Provision
We agree to provide professional appliance repair services as requested by the customer.
Service Scheduling
Services will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Cancellation policy applies.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
Warranty Coverage
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor.
Customer Obligations

- Pay service charges as agreed upon completion

Cancellation Policy
Terms for cancelling or rescheduling services
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
- Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- No-show charges apply for missed appointments
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- Rescheduling is allowed once without additional charges
